  • Do I Need Any Special Tools When Installing My Kit?

    In most cases your average shop tools are going to be more than sufficient to install our products. The spanner wrench tools that help adjust coilover height are included with each kit. Spring compressors are recommended to dismantle your OEM suspension.

  • How Low Will Raceland Coilovers Drop My Car?

    Raceland coilovers will drop your car on average 1” to 3” below that of stock OEM height. Our Ultimo kits will allow for a greater drop in excess of 4”.

  • How Do I Adjust Coilovers?

    Raceland coilovers are height adjustable. Adjusting the spring height can be done by spinning the locking spring perches up and down the shock body. Once the ride height is reached, the spanner wrenches included with the kit are used to tighten the two locking collars against each other to secure the ride height.   • How Stiff Are The Coilovers?

    For each kit’s spring rates please see the associated kit’s product page. Raceland coilovers are designed to be a comfortable daily driving coilover with increased stiffness over OEM. This stiffness is not overbearing or harsh as Raceland wishes to maintain a stock-like ride quality.

  • What Is The Warranty?

    We stand behind our products with an unmatched lifetime manufactures-defect warranty. Please see our warranty page for more information regarding Raceland’s warranty.

  • What Is My Tracking Number?

    When you place an order, an e-mail will be sent to you with the confirmation number and the tracking number for your order once it has shipped. If you are unable to locate the tracking number, please call 801-365-1440 and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number along with the status of your order.

  • Is There Modification Necessary?

    A majority of our products will not need any special modification in order to get them to fit. With some of our products, some modification may be necessary. When installing aftermarket parts, it is important to take into consideration that each vehicle is different and may require more time and labor than may be expected. We do not assume any responsibility for labor cost incurred upon installation.

  • What Do I Do If I Am Unhappy With The Product?

    If you have purchased a Raceland product and are unhappy with it, please send it back to us for a refund within 30 days from the day of purchase. All packages that have been modified and/or damaged may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Once I Place My Order, How Long Before It Will Ship?

    Once your order has been placed, it will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

  • How Much Will Shipping Be?

    Shipping is calculated in real-time, at the time of purchase. Shipping prices do not include any international brokerage or customs fees, which are due upon arrival.

  • Why Are Your Prices So Low?

    We don’t sell through distributors! What that means is you are buying our products below distributor pricing. We understand we could sell more products through distributors and we very well may do that some day. For now, we are offering you some of the highest quality products at distributor pricing.   • Will You Ship Through Another Carrier Besides Fedex?

    We do not ship through other carriers.

  • What Payments Do You Accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and money orders.

  • Do You Send Signature Required?

    We do not send orders signature required unless otherwise requested. If you would like your order to be sent signature required, please call 801-365-1440 or specify in the “special instructions” field, located on your order.

  • Will You Sponsor Me?

  • How Can I Become A Dealer?

    We currently do not have a dealer program but we may develop such a program in the future. If you would like to be considered, please e-mail us at [email protected] with detailed information about your company, main target market, showroom etc.

  • Are Upgraded Spring Rates Available?

    At the moment, we do not have alternate springs available for each kit. To customers wanting stiffer rates and valving we offer the Ultimo coilover line. These coilovers feature higher spring rates and stiffer valving for that person wanting a little more than the entry-level kit offers.

  • You Don’t Offer A Kit For My Car. Do You Plan To Make One For My Car?

    If we do not currently have a coilover kit for your vehicle and you are interested in a coilover suspension, please let us know by calling (801-365-1440) or e-mail us at [email protected]. Every request is closely recorded and considered by our development team for future consideration.

  • Am I Going To Need Spacers To Fit The Coilovers?

    When you install the Raceland Coilover kit, we recommend that your offset be between 30 and 35mm. If your wheel offset or ET is greater than 35mm, then you must use conical shaped wheel spacers on the front, or risk damage to the inside of your tires. Each car is going to be different and there are many variables when it comes to fitment.
