ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Most orders received before 2pm MST, Monday-Friday, will ship that same day. Orders received after 2pm MST will ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship the following business day. Please note that shipments can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Raceland offers FedEx shipping options. Orders over $299 within the contiguous United States receive FREE ground shipping. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Currently, Raceland ships FedEx within the 50 United States, Canada, Mexico & Puerto Rico. If you live outside of these regions, please contact us via our contact form to request a custom shipping quote. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS
For Canadian shipments, Raceland is not responsible for any duties or customs fees assessed on your order.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will be emailed a FedEx tracking number.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Please note that Raceland does NOT send packages signature required. This means the driver can leave the package at your door if they so choose. Raceland and FedEx are not responsible if your package gets lost or stolen. If you would like your order sent signature required, please order by phone at 801-365-1440.
SEPARATE SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you require that your package(s) be delivered to a separate address other than that which is listed with the card issuer, we do require that a shipping authorization form be filled out once the order is complete. This form will be emailed to you once you have completed your order. To avoid filling out this form we suggest shipping to the billing address.
